Travel Resorts is proud to announce new ways to camp for the 2022 season! Have a special day that you would like to camp but can’t seem to get the dates you want? For a limited time, we are offering a “Try before you buy” camping experience! One 7 day stay during peak season, 93 days in advance with holidays included, or 21 days off peak, 93 days in advance, holidays included! This is a one-time only benefit to give all our members a chance at a taste of the good life.

Starting Jan 1 you will be able to purchase your package and use it any time you would like for the 2022 season!

We are excited to give you all this opportunity and hope you are excited too. But don’t wait! Limited packages available. More information on how to purchase will be given during the month of December. We look forward to seeing you!

New Team Member!

Hello everyone! I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself, as your new Member Engagement Supervisor, and tell you a little bit about myself. I’ve been with Travel Resorts of America since 2016. I started in the file room and it was then that I fell in love with this company and I wanted more!

I moved my way up within the ranks as I started working as a Member Service Agent. I’ve also spent some time working with HOP Away Holiday.

I bring experience and a proven track record of success in the member service area, which will be invaluable in meeting the standard of customer service I feel you all deserve. I am confident that I will be an excellent match for this position and a strong asset to the Member Engagement Team.

I look forward to serving each and every single one of you now and in the future to come. I am excited to take this walk with you on your pursuit of happiness.

Team Member Of The Month

Paul & Sandra Ellison

Paul and Sandra Ellison joined our team at North Shore Landing this summer as seasonal housekeepers who planned on just moving from camp to camp. Thankfully, they have turning into more than just our team but our family and plan to stay with TRA traveling just to our parks. With Sandra’s eye for decor and Paul’s handy work they have really transformed our units. Always with a smile on their face, you would never know if they were having a bad day. Next time you are at North Shore, be sure to stop and say hello to the faces who make our facilities look so great!

Member Of The Month

Pamela & Richard Hudges

The Hughes family are Member with us from Past seven years. They stayed with us at Sycamore Lodge & North Shore Landing in their RV. When ask what’s their Favorite Campground is they said Sycamore lodge that’s not far from their house. And they can go quite often. They said they have lots of friends that they have met, and the employees are like family to us. They have also worked the haunted forest for 5 years. And really enjoy Bob the activity director. Their Favorite Memory of Camping is “Working in The Haunted Forest with all our friends and employees. And meeting all the wonderful people they meet”. Their Favorite Activities is they enjoy all the activities that they do there. Their Favorite Meal is they just love Grilling outside and joining in with other people.

December Contest Winners

The Fish family includes mother and father, Laura, and Stephen Fish. They are Member with us from Past two years. They stay with us at Sycamore Lodge & North Shore Landing in their four winds c-class. It is so easy to get up and go. It is just the right size. They camp off and on year-round. When asked what their favorite memory was, they said, your campgrounds and our people are great. They love North Store because of the lake and the train.
