Well, y’all we all know time flies when you’re having fun… so apparently, we’ve had a blast because summer is coming to an end! Don’t worry our fun won’t end as summer says goodbye. Those cool evenings, leaf changing, copper kettle cooking, and spooky nights are still ahead. We’ve made some great improvements this season in addition to some more cabin renovations we replaced the decking by pool house bathrooms, added a beautiful sidewalk to front of the Club House, renovated our Country Laundry inside and out, and replaced two much needed gate systems. We ask you to remember our no outside firewood policy and maintain your 5 ½ mph speed while enjoying the ranch. Jessica and her staff have done an awesome job and she has some highlights below. So, mark your calendars for your next trip and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Operations Manager

And just like that… summer break is done! This summer has been a blast. Thank you to everyone who has supported our activities! August was filled with fun and laughter. The watermelon crawl was a huge hit, and our dog weekend was great seeing everyone’s furry best friends! Our fundraiser weekend was a great success with bingo for a cause and s’mores. We raised money for the local animal shelter.

Our last big weekend until Halloween is Labor Day weekend! We have a cook-out, parade, and live music scheduled for Saturday, September 2. We are excited to have you all join us for this special weekend. The weekends after will be full of exciting things to do as well! The September themes are as follows: Grandparents Weekend, Old Fashioned Weekend (apple butter!), Oktoberfest Weekend, and Fall Foliage Weekend.

A message from our amazing recreation director!

The summer is just flying by! July kept us busy for sure. Each weekend was filled with good times! Independence weekend was filled with activities and, of course, a parade! Everyone was able to show their true colors on Hillbilly Weekend and Water Warz was an absolute blast this year! Thank you everyone who participated. The Naughty and Nice weekend was a great time with our White Elephant Gift Exchange and then listening to the band Generation Gap.

Our final month of the summer is here, and we have a ton planned! To kick off August, our first weekend is Watermelon Crawl weekend! You can check the CampersApp and Facebook for more information about the Watermelon Crawl. The rest of August includes Hoe Down weekend, Fundraising is Fun weekend, and then the Dog Daze of Summer weekend (get your pups ready!). We hope to see you soon – let’s make some wonderful memories here at Rocky Fork Ranch!
