Lewis Emert, Assistant Manager, at Luna Sands is the face that everyone loves to see.  He always has a smile and time for everyone that stops to talk.  In addition to managing the day to day operations, you will find him also participating in activities, cooking for events, escorting people to sites, providing RV instructions, and working construction on new projects.  TRA is not just a job but his home.  He started with Travel Resorts of America when the Company purchased the Luna Sands property.  His family owned and operated the campground prior to the purchase, and we were very lucky to keep him.  As a local from the Luna Sands area, he is filled with knowledge of the campground, local area, attractions, and who’s who in the community.  Lewis has lived in the local area for more than 30 years, with his wife Holly, and has raised his son here.  He has competed in boxing and martial arts, loves his country music, and one of his hobbies is going to the various country concerts in our local area.  In addition to music, he’s also an avid sports fan, and can talk about any team and player.
