Luna Sands Resort September 2021 Update

If you were in Florida during the month of August, you know it was hot and humid. Floridians are used to the weather and know that we stay indoors as much as possible. There were many at the resort, even if many stayed in their rigs to keep cool. And with the hot weather, our pool was a place of cool enjoyment for many people.

Tropical storm Fred roared into Florida to start our hurricane season, and September looks to be just as busy this year. We expect the hot and sticky weather through the entire month of September. We are very focused on keeping resort clean and the store open, as we hopefully look forward to a calmer, cooler October.

In September, we will be working on picnic tables, trees trimming, and painting. We’re hosting a Labor Day lunch on Saturday September 4th; you’ll want to call and sign up for this event. After Labor Day, September will be a relatively quiet month at Luna Sands.

If you want to know more about Luna Sands and activities that might occur at the last minute, please make sure to download campers App.

Take a day trip and visit us, or feel free to contact us at the Luna Sands front desk if you need information at (386) 775-3996.

Have good month, see you soon,
Lewis and LSR Team
